Day 230/365 (March 4, 2015)

Fred tried waking me up again but this time he finally gave up and I fell back asleep and woke up to him sleeping next to me... progress!

I also did something completely impulsive which I am excited about and freaking out about all the same... I am going to Universal Studios next week! Wizarding World of Harry Potter here I come! I do however feel incredibly guilty that Sasha can't come. Karen and I asked her if she could but figured she wouldn't be able to because of her job... we were right but I still feel unbelievably bad but the timing and price were right. Wouldn't have been able to do this over a weekend. I just need out of the miserable NY weather. Of course I am freaking out and started my list!

Spent the rest of the night eating and watching TV, including seeing Kyle Dean's first episode of Nashville! so cool to see!

Charlie did some cuddling and et me put stuff on him.

Day 229/365 (March 3, 2015)

Fred is working my last nerve. I slept for almost 8 hours and it didn't feel like I had slept at all when I woke up to his crying again, He also started to knock stuff down off my shelves. I don't know why he has backtracked and we need this to stop because I can't take it! It is torturous to sit through him crying but I don't want to get up because he will think crying will get him what he wants... vicious cycle!

Another long day at work and I had a mini melt down because it started to snow again... I cannot take it anymore!

Then I headed to Trader Joe's and eventually home where I made stuffed peppers using cauliflower for rice and mushrooms instead of beef. While they were cooking I got asked if I wanted a free ticket to see It's Only A Play... I found out at 6:36 for a 7 pm curtain. So i took a quick shower and told Karen when to take it out of the oven and ran to the theatre with a few minutes to spar. The show was pretty funny but not as great as I was expecting based on what people have said. The guy who is the only non'star Micah Stock is absolutely hilarious! His Defying Gravity moment sealed the deal! I was so hungry during the show though, and as soon as it was over I ran home and stuffed my face... it was delicious!

Day 228/365 (March 2, 2015)

so little sleep got in at 3 am no sleep until almost 4:30... then Fred woke me up crying at 7:30. It is so hard to ignore his terrorist demands but I can't give him because he needs to stop doing this. I somehow got myself into the office by 9:30 and say Hand to God loading in on my way. I made it through until 5! Then I went home and helped Karen make more cauliflower fried "rice" which was delicious!

I had wanted to go out to see Rachel Potter's CD release show but it was at 8:30 down at Rockwood and I was just so tired I didn't think it was a good idea to go out late. I ended up watching The Following and it was lovely to see Hunter Parrish on it! I however am conflicted because I have an abusive relationship with this show... I Keep loving it and it keeps hurting me. I also got really upset with Sasha because she took a movie I set to record off so she could record a show that will freaking be on demand! Whereas the movie is NOT on demand and had no additional air dates so I am pretty ticked off about that. Especially since Karen helped her do it and said she told her i wanted it to record and went through a bunch of effort to make sure her shows were going to record.

I went to bed well before midnight which was much needed, but before I fell asleep Fred and Charlie started fighting over me. It has been established over the last couple months Fred sleeps at my feet in the bed corner, and Charlie sleeps in the bend of my knees or feet to the left of them. Well Charlie dared to take Fred's spot at the corner so Fred started swatting at him and Charlie was holing strong. Then finally they gave way to chase through the apartment before finally settling in in their proper locations, but I did get some good Fred shoulder cuddles first!

Day 227/365 (March 1, 2015)

Now that was a crazy night!!!!

I am pretty sure today will be my best day of 2015.

It began by going to the Altar Boyz Reunion concert sound check. I spent 3 hours at 54 Below as Altar Boyz music was being performed and stories were being shared and seeing so many faces I have missed. There was Andy Karl doing table dives and Kevin Kern completely surprised me by pulling me up onstage when they were doing Something About You. I mean you know I love being serenaded but I wasn't expecting it to happen so I was all about it! It was really funny during the talking part Kevin was like "Something's making me put on the brakes, maybe it's that I'm 40 and I've got four kids at home or maybe it's your special blend of charisma and spunk"... hilarious! They told him to do it during the show and it was a great call! Then he referred to me as his girlfriend so shhh don't tell his wife, haha! Ryan Ratliff jokingly asked where the cookies were and I was like don't worry I have them for tonight!

Then I headed home for a bit (where I got a little bit of Lola time) before heading out to meet up with some holics at the lounge to catch up. It was so surreal to see some of them again, especially the ones that had been really young and are now adults. My mind was blown and it shocked me how sad i was when they slowly left to head over to 54 Below. It was like I was saying bye to long lost family members! Thank you Beth, Sarah, Allison, Natalie, Michelle, Mark, Diane, Lynette, and Michelle for coming (and Allison's parents like old times).

I chose to wear the dress I got on super sale from Macy's and let me tell you how much I loved it and had fun wearing it. I got a whole bunch of compliments on it as well! New party dress :)

Then it was over to 54 Below for the shows. When I got there Kenita Miller was there (from previous show) and we chatted for a bit, and she asked to have a cookie. Then things got more and more exciting as the boyz started to arrive and took pictures and I got to see them do their preshow chant and then it was show time!

Let me tell you being stage manager is stressful! I had so much fun though making sure everyone was ready to go before their song and having the handheld mics ready for the people who needed them and it was really neat to be standing by the bar watching the show with all of them and hearing their excitement and sing alongs and attempting to remember choreography. Safford was fog boy for the first show, and Lynne was the SAY girl. I learned the reason Mark wore a hat for Epiphany was because Tyler thought his hair looked terrible by that point and "demanded" to wear a hat so he would look good for his song. Scott Porter Sent in a video since he couldn't be there that was super sweet. Andy Karl walked across a table during Body, Mind, & Soul, and for the second show poured Karolina's glass of water on top of himself. All the boys came out during Number 918 and got to "excerise the crowd" And Carlos brought water with him to sprinkle on people and just watching the faces of the people in thhe audience as they came out and just had so much fun. I am sure I am missing so many more moments of note but it was so incredibly wonderful. The second show I had a panic moment when I thought Mitch was missing before a song he was singing in and I was freaking out until James realized i was looking for him and he was like he is on stage.... oops! haha Neil and Carlos did the Sit Down from Church Rulez booty pop with Travis, and They whiffered each other on stage. Kevin (Del Aguila) made a cheesy fun joke saying A. Boyz are now A. Men!

I also got to see so many other holics that couldn't make it to to the lounge and everywhere I turned there were more people I haven't seen in ages. The Choratis', and Kim, and Neil's mom/people in general, and Heather, Kelly, Suze (who was actually really nice and affectionate to me), and just too many to name! It was also nice to meet Michael Patrick Walker in person since we used to twitter chat all the time!

Then went to Characters with a couple of people including Shoshana. It was a lovely way to end the might :)

Day 226/365 (February 28, 2015)

I got up early and went to the gym and stretched probably the best I have ever stretched after my workout because my legs never felt better!  When I was checking in there the guy told me he admired my dedication! Then I headed home and began my crazy baking adventure for the day. By the time the day ended I had made apple pie bread, banana bread, peanut butter cookies, and orange velvet cupcakes.

I also headed out and went dress shopping with Ally but didn't find anything I liked. However at one point I was going through dresses that I thought all looked terrible and then all of a sudden I was like oooh this is cute, oh i really like this, how fun!... Then I realized I was in the Betsey Johnson section... of course! I really enjoy her stuff. Then we headed up to the M&M store where I made personalized Altar Boyz M&Ms for the cupcake decorations.

Day 225/365 (February 27, 2015)

Had my Jenny appointment, then went to work for a couple of hours. Then I went home and baked "browned butter nutella blondies" which were ridiculous! I also attempted to make sugar cookies... which I completely suck at! Taste wise they rock, however my cookie cutting skills are terrible!

Then I got cleaned up for Hope's birthday celebration at Bar Nine's dueling pianos. It was pretty fun but very loud and also enjoyable to spend time with her friend Karly who is an absolute hoot and er new boyfriend. It was a fun night and even better to see Hope since it had been such a long time!

Fred and Charlie also "helped" me make my bed.

Day 224/365 (February 26, 2015)

I was at work much longer than I planned but it wasn't so bad! Then I left and went to Trader Joe's where I bought everything I needed for any possible baking adventures and met up with Brandon to get my memory card back. He kept it so safe the past 3 months, even during a move.... he is officially on my "you can borrow anything" list. I also went to the gym which I was pretty proud of since I didn't really want to. Karen also made us cauliflower fried rice that was super yummy! CHarlie is all about planting his butt in my face on the couch.
