then i got ready and got all the baked goods together and headed downtown. First i swung by NWS and dropped off Ravi's cupcakes/cookies. Then i went over to Sasha's to get her camera again and deliver the cake i had promised her and found Marty there. I was able to stay for a bit so we chitted and chatted and they enjoyed my red velvet cake balls that i was carrying around for anyone i encountered during the day! then i left and walked up to meet michelle, mark, and nicole at 72nd which was close to where we were going that night.
I met them at Chipotle and they loved my red velet cake balls which at first nicole said tasted like jesus, then later named them satan's balls which is now what they are called. we then walked to a starbucks and spent some time there until we went to the theater At This Performance was being done at. We were the first to arrive but they didnt let us sit in the front but we still had fabulous seats. At This Performance was really fabulous like the last one and i enjoyed everyone very much. This one guy Jimmy Ray Bennett, besides sounding amazing, was seriously wicked hysterical! i mean i cant even count how many times i snorted because of him! I am sad i forgot to check the batteries on my DVR so i dont have any audio, but at least the snorting isnt preserved! Kyle Dean was great and i got some awesome pictures! i kept taking them because they looked on screen like they were coming out blurr but it turns out they were quie nice! He sang ALAYM from Wicked with Jennifer Danoia and i really am interested in seeing her as Elphaba because she sounded great and had such an enthusiasm for the show, so mayhaps one day i will see her do it!. Then for his personal song he sang Flight which i really just love, and he sounded incredible. I love when people sing without microphones. I mean i as long as the person performing Flight sounds great while singing it i can listen to that song over and over again... Can i see MK sing this live please? (and no i dont mean MKC, i mean MK).
After the group of us gt to talk for a bit which was nice and my favorite moment was when i was demonstrating The S?? Spin as i was doing it this random stranger was like oh no honey you have to give it more spin when you do it... so i did, while resisting the urge to go toss, toss!
Anywho then i walked mark to his car on 60th and then i walked further downtown to the subway, so i walked away from home to get home... not the smartest thing but watever!
I really wanted to go the battery's down thing at joe's pub but when the time came i was just too exhausted and needing to be home... even if i ended up not being able to sleep once i got here!
