Day 317/365 (May 30, 2015)

Woke up on the earlier than usual for a Saturday and decided to go for a run. It started off okay weather wise but by the time i was almost done it became so hot/humid I didn't think I was going to make it... but i did get myself to do 3.1 miles in 40 minutes on my own! The first 4 minutes i ran .5 mile without stopping! Then I came home and had to shower because I was a sweaty disgusting mess!

Then Hope, Sasha, Karen and I walked downtown to to the cake store/Michaels before walking back up to meet Lola. Lola was amused finding Charlie in one of my clothing drawers and Fred was being a cat and enjoying Sasha's laundry hamper.

Had a wonderful time with Lola per usual. While Sasha and Karen crafted we did the vote (poor boys don't stand a chance) we did a Derblin story/show, she sang me a song, and played hot potato with the friends. She also named my new runicorn Isabella. Shewas pleased with the job of doing that.

After she left I went to help Dom/Anna with the Hedwig lotto, then puttered around with them for a bit before bringing some leftover cupcakes to Penski and eating 1.5 myself.

Fred's new spot to hang is the bathroom floor because of the cool tile and Charlie was not pleased I was giving Fred attention so this is the shot of him trying to knock my phone out of my hand.

I ended the night sort of early because I had a really bad headache.

Day 314/365 (May 27, 2015)

After work i headed home and then Met up with Dom for Broadway Bakes. This time it was Lena Hall and Rob McClure. I ended up chatting with Ally for a bit and lots of time with Laura, and I stayed until Kate Reinders and David Burtka were there. Rob is seriously such a sweet and generous person and really gets into the whole Broadway Bakes thing!

Eventually me and my flip flops went for a walk. I was walking downtown to meet up with someone but by the time i got to Madison Square Park they got canceled so I hobbled back home since that wasn't appropriate footwear and my foot was already in pain.

While at home the roomies and I watched 500 questions and were sad when Steve got the boot!

Fred sleeps all kinds of funny ways.

Day 347/365 (July 31, 2009)

I have no idea what i did the first part of the day any more or what prevented me from updating then, but i do know towards the later part in the day i received this horrible wound that looked worse in person from Tucker and i reached my breaking point with him. He wont play nice with me i just wont go anywhere near him. This is the day i meant to delete a song from a playlist and accidentally deleted the whole playlist! so i cant connect phone to computer until i use my phone to recreate the playlist as was because i have that list set to automatically synch when connected and i would be sad if i was missing it since its one of my most used playlists

i feel like i made an outing of some sort before coming home and getting ready but can't be too sure. Anywho i made my way to mostly sondheim and was surprised to find Austin there as well, and of course dom. it took forever until they let us in but once they did it was one of the funnier nights for sure. i was brought to tears at one point by quite a funny discussion. Marty Thomas and Emily McNamara were the hosts and once again John Bronson was taking care of the piano (with a few hours notice this time!) They had a completely new staff and the waiter was a little too attentive for my liking but it was his first night. there was a guy who sang Part of Your World in Hebrew and a couple of boys tried and failed beyond all misery to sing Totally Fucked. There were quite the amount of single straight men that also sang... an often novelty there... haha. i even ended up signing the bitch of living (what?) by the end of the night (including all of our hosts) there were like only 8 or 9 people in the room which made for unusual fun... and i was requested to make satan's balls for another birthday party (i must get supplies). i also got complimented on my outfit twice which i always appreciate :D it was my AB jeans and the purple shirt i had bought before i went to TX. Also how did i almost forget the ongoing bump-it. you know that stupid hair thing well emily kept putting all sorts of things in her hair to pretend it was a bump-it such as a CD display case, a red bull can, and a tamborine to name a few!

i would also like to say it is nice coming home to pip because he is so excited to see you that he is a little ball of energy running around because he just cant contain that much excitement in his little body.

Day 319/365 (July 3, 2009)

the emotional downpour continued and have been watching lots of tv and eating too much i am sure. i really need to get myself out of this funk man. i mean i'm not usually this consistently dumpy and unfortunately it seems to get even worse after i have a little bit of fun such as last night...  this is a picture of krysta and her broken tooth, i took it on our way home last night well after midnight so its the most interesting picture of the day...

i did dishes and drank a whole bunch of root beer... and anyone who actually knows me (at least in the last 7-ish years) i dont really drink soda and when i do it almost never is anything except gingerale! yea so not good signs, uh-uh no way! sleeping on the new monsterous height of a bed was really comfy and alot easier to get down from than on!

went to mostly sondheim with hope and emily mcnamara was a guest host... she really is awesome! and this guy Josh Walden was also the host and he was so talented and funny!
Colleen ended up coming there too and the night was filled with many LOL moments and i got up and sang and get this they said i sounded really good! not the usual good jobv they said i actually sounded really good and when i was like really they said yes... including colleen! so well i was feeling pretty good! and jeffery and cole sang suddenly seymour... it was high quality entertanment and danny pintauro (who's the boss) sang sweet transvestite and was uber bubbly and stuff... another guy sang dont cry for me argentina in spanish... and cute waiter was working! Day 265/365 (May 10. 2009)

it was anther good day! i got some rest after the last night of fun, then i headed out. I met up with Ewa and her friend, and her friend's boyfriend at a Pinkberry on bleecker st. (i finally let myself get some) and we hung there for quite a while. then we walked to their car and they dropped me off on their way to their hotel. i walked to the courtyard and waited for a bit until the macdonalds were done seeing ABz

Tim gave me the tickets i needed for Broadway Loves the 80's (volume 5), and then we went down and met up with Michelle and Nicole. After we headed to Cosi's and got some yum, then walked to their car and krysta popped out of Josh's so they could meet Tucker. I am so happy i was able to spend that time with them since they are a big part of my new york family. (this was day 1 of running into Jo Ann by the way)

Today was also the day of literally running into everyone and their mother! (although no actual mothers except michelle herself) i even got to speak with mark on the phone for a while. but so many of my friends i ran onto and that was nice and another sign of the good weather being here!

Then i had some time to kill and needed to charge my phone and didnt want to go inside, and as i was heading to starbucks i noticed an outlet on the wall in the courtyard! so i chilled there for a bit letting it charge and ran into more people then i walked to Joe's Pub from the courtyard because i had so much time. when i got there i did my favorite thing to do before taking my place in line which was going to wal-green and sitting in their massaging display chair for about 20 minutes.

Then i got in line and Hope joined me and we were seated. i was so excited because i had only made my reservations that morning and they had said the cushions were taken but when we got there we were on the cushions!  so sad my camera was dead but hope got a few pictures and videos!

This one was so much fun! the theme was movies from the 80's and well it was just an evening of good music, good friends, and great performers! this time there was some good choreography! danny calvert performed thriller with zombies and everything that danced aboive my head and in front of me, and there was YMCA with original cowboy guy who came into the audience and sang to the guy next to hope before heading back and being joined by 4 delightful looking men, and many other great people. Ran into Dom there and we all hung after for a bit.

i also would like to say Mo Rocca is the king of random knowledge and should be on my team if ever we were to play trivial pursuit and made me happy i am not the only person who has never seen a bunch of movies that are "80's classics"
