Day 325/365 (June 7, 2015)
Woke up completely torn about what to do concerning Dennis. I went back an forth a bazillion times before deciding not to go out there. If i had known sooner I would have planned my weekend around it, le sigh!
I ended up going for a long walk up the west side highway along Hudson Park. It was lovely. Then I popped into Hope's for a while and we had a nice chat then I left with some of her incredible cookies!
One of the cookies she gave me was Finding Neverland so I decided to go take a picture of it by the marquee and on the way out i ran into Gabe Violet. It was nice to have a quick chat, then i went and took the picture, and also one in the Tony Awards Pop Up Shop since they were just down the street from me. I was calling it #cookiesontour
Helped Sasha with more flowers, then eventually Ben (not her brother, her former step dad) came over and we had a delicious avocado salad. I also made more shishito peppers! Karena nd I also drank some Rumchata/fireball. Finally the the Finding Neverland Cookie after the opening number if the Tony Awards. The broadcast was pretty good, I thought Alan and Kristen did a great job hosting, the in memorium tribute was beautiful and there were no sound issues! I am sad that Brian d'Arcy James and Something Rotten didn't win though!
Charlie got his claws clipped and I pretended to win an award with Sasha's presentation bouquet... sadly the best picture was the one she missed the tiara. Fred "sniffs" the flowers.

Day 324/365 (June 6, 2015)
Got up on the earlier side and headed for a walk downtown to Michaels, Burlington Coat Factory, and Trader Joes. While on my way Paula texted me telling me that Dennis was in a play tonight and tomorrow if I wanted to come. This sent me into a torn tailspin about what to do because I had plans this whole weekend and wanted to go support him, I wish I had known sooner because I would have factored that in. In the end I decided that i wasn't going out to New Rochelle that night because of selfish reasons, but i was looking forward to my dinner plans and needed to do that video for Coleen and Jess, and it would be tiring to go out there.
When I got home I helped Sasha with more flower stuff and eventually headed over to Hedwig to shoot my video. thankfully it turned out well despite all the people there.
Then it was a quick change and I went to help Holly and Anna with Kinky Boots lotto... they got in thankfully! Then we went to the evil cookie place for a while and finally i went home and cooked dinner. Christian Borle came in while we were there. I made shishito peppers for the first time... it was a success... hello new food obsession!
After dinner since it was so nice out i went out with Sasha for a run, only after about 1.7 miles I had to walk back because my back started to spasm and it hurt really bad!
Stuff on Fred and Charlie fighting for room on the table amidst the flower explosion!
Day 323/365 (June 5, 2015)
Got up early and met with Travis at 9 for training, my legs were so sore by the end... and I walked to the office in the rain :(
Then work for a bit. When I got home I decided to make nutella fudge because my nutella was close coming to its sell by date. It turned out fabulously! I also made a complete box out of card-stock for the first time, pretty proud of it! Like both bottom and top!
Helped Sasha with her flowers and also met up with Marty T. to give him some of the fudge and we had a nice chat on my stoop... it was beautiful out! Then I delivered some to Penski.

Day 322/365 (June 4, 2015)
went into work very briefly then I headed up to Central Park. I wanted to watch Penski play softball since her Les Mi team was playing her old Kinky Boots (Kinky Bats) team. It was beautiful out and they won... so woo for that! The old Wicked SD guy is on the kinky Boots team and when he saw me we chatted for a bit... apparently he is now a police officer, good for him!
Then because I was already in the park I figured I might as well go watch the Davenport team play. When I got there they asked me if I wanted to play... so I said yes... they needed a second girl or they couldn't play. I warned them that I am not good at sports but they were very encouraging :) Neil and someone named Simon gave me some quick lessons and got some tips from someone else who was nice enough to take a few pictures for me... I ended up playing catcher and I didn't completely suck! I somehow managed to hit the ball all 4 times and even got two runs batted in and I did make it first base one other time, the other time i was out before I got there but whatever i felt pretty jazzed by the whole thing and the umpire was very helpful to me as was the other people playing... who knew sports could be so fun? We even won 15-0 against Aladdin. Then home i went to wait for Raphael. He finally came and now our tubs drain wonderfully!
Then I went to the evil cookie place and eventually helped Sasha with more of her flowers. Charlie ended up wearing the flower parts and poor fred was trying to lie on them.

Day 321/365 (June 3, 2015)
Did the work thing, then went home because I was waiting for Raphael to show up to snake our showers. Of course he didn't come like he was supposed to. I ended up going for a run and learned that i do need to eat a banana or something beforehand or i will not make it as far as usual! Felt lightheaded. Then I came home and helped Sasha with her flowers. It was nice having the weather be actually nice out again!

Day 319/365 (June 1, 2015)
Got asked to film a concert just after midnight at 54 Below tonight so that is fun! I got up and plugged my camcorder in to charge.
Got up went to work. We have a box where we put papers that need to be shredded before being thrown out but haven't actually shredded anything in a while so I decided to buckle down and begin shredding. Let me tell you in the movies when people do emergency mass shredding because they are trying to cover something up it is lies! it took so long and kept getting jammed and after emptying the barrel twice it over heated and I had to stop! still have a whole bunch more to go, it is a good thing I enjoy shredding things. I should have moved the shredder back in my office sooner to prevent this. It is still all rainy out.
After I headed home and had a lip sync battle min-marathon followed by America's Slang. At some point I ended up accidentally taking a 45 minute nap that felt really good. I woke up with two sleeping kitties near by. Helped Laura pick up the camera and also helped Sasha with some "playbill" flower prep work.
Then i got ready for the concert. It was for Chris McCarrell. I had never seen him before so I had no clue what to expect. It was a very enjoyable evening, He is bubbly and fun and put on a wonderful show. Glad I got to see it! Almost had an issue beforehand, thankfully Shoshana to the rescue! I need to see what is wrong with my camera battery! It said it was fully charged and when i went to test his memory card in my camera the battery all of a sudden said it had only ten minutes left! Thankfully she had her camera there and it had a charge and was very kind to let me use it.
After i went back home and helped Sasha some more with her flowers., then I couldn't sleep thanks to the nap so i put on Daredevil since it usually puts me to sleep but I actually got into the episode... oops!

Day 291/365 (May 4, 2015)
Got to work early and stayed for quite some time, then headed home to freshen up. It is a good thing i left for Long Island at 4, instead of 4:30. There was even more traffic than I had anticipated and it took me 2 hours and 26 minutes to get there! My average speed was like 18 miles per hour. I got there just about 6:30... so no time for dinner!
I went to Northport to see the Apollo Link concert. Thanks to a very nice theater employee, Todd, I was able to change my seat to front row center! Then Liz, the concession girl, was super nice and led me to yummy/bad decisions for my "dinner". I ran into JB III beforehand and he was like do you live on Long Island, and I was like nope! I didn't even know he knew me so that was funny.
The woman I ended up sitting next to was fun and a talker but she was a singer! She started to sing along and it was made worse because during the show they kept encouraging people to sing along! Then all around me were... ahhh!!!!! The concert itself was really pretty awesome. I can't wait to see it again next Monday because they will have ironed out the few kinks. Brandon kept promoting their swag which was pretty funny and I just cannot get over how ridiculous they all sound. Jake is an arrangement genius, and his use of a tuning fork became an ongoing thing, and Adam's voice just makes me want to throw things... so good! There was another boy by me that also got his seat to move up and he was into the concert like cray so that was nice to see.
After the show I chatted with them for a bit before heading off to Target! First I had to wait for the car because the theater had required free valet parking. I gave them my ticket and there was a sign that said it could take up to 15 minutes to get the car. 20 minutes later I was still waiting and realized the car was right out front. It had been there the whole time because no cars drove up and I asked again for the "key" and they were like oh sorry.
Then I headed off to Target and picked up a few needed things, then headed home. It is so nice being in a car by yourself. I was singing along loudly and car dancing and I just love road trips when there is no traffic. However I always end up with a sore throat after one.

Day 282/365 (April 25, 2015)
Got up and Sasha and I headed to Pick up Pip because she wanted to take him on some errands. Then we went to Michael's and Wal-Mart and Trader Joes, Then dropped off some Playbill Flowers for an order she had. Pip was a very good car buddy and did very well in the stores.
Then we went back home... so much traffic. Sasha let Pip come inside for a tiny bit and Charlie wanted nothing to do with him, his tail swelled. At first Fred and Pip sniffed each other and then Fred hid under my bed until he was gone... then Sasha took Pip to pick up Ben David and I unpacked everything. Thankfully thanks to my smarts our frozen stuff stayed frozen despite being out of cold for over 2 hours!
I finally made pizza crust out of cauliflower and then Sasha and I went for a run. It turned out very well... I was impressed!
