Day 223/365 (February 25, 2015)
Baby watch continues! It was another long day at work that was also filled with double bay watch! A coworker's wife ended up giving birth to their daughter and Ania finally had little Josef Arthur Aleksander who is adorable!
After work I forced myself to the gym where I was greeted by extra-over enthusiastic employees because their store manager was there and I was so proud of myself... I went crazy on the elliptical!
I had a carrot that looked like a Kinky Boot and as soon as I got home and sat down Charlie was on top of me!

Day 222/365 (February 24, 2015)
It was a long day at work, but got lots done! I also spent the day on baby watch... Ania went into labor... still waiting!
Then I came home and didn't do too much except watch TV, hang with the kitties, and make a birthday card for someone. I was pretty proud of how it turned out!
I love waking up to Fred and Charlie cuddled with me, and Charlie was being extra cute.
Also during the day I got two random texts that just made me super happy! The first was from Travis telling me that after I had left training last night one of the other trainers told him they could see how much stronger I have gotten. The place I go is very small and the clients are usually different but there is usually the same group of other trainers there so it is nice to get some outside validation!
The other text I got was from MKC saying that Clark had noticed and pointed out pictures of me on FB so he just wanted to tell me he thought I looked awesome an was really happy for me. Considering I just got back to a place of feeling good about myself again I have been a little shaky and to see something like that is something that helps keep me focused to remember why I started to make these life changes. I like to feel good about myself, an feel good internally/health wise. I really hate feeling crappy and sludgy and I love food I really do but certain foods are not worth the yucky feeling they give on the inside. But back to the point it was nice to hear that from him and then catch up a bit.

Day 54/365 (September 9, 2014)
Another early morning of getting people off to school, making lunches, and caring for a dog. I did make myself some yummy french toast with raspberries and honey for breakfast. I am still actively on baby Cunneely watch.
Well Karolina and David welcomed James Andrew into the world, so exciting! Dennis also was excited to decorate a notebook for school "however he wanted" he couldn't stop laughing he was so pleased! Paula and Ted were able to get an earlier flight home so I came back earlier than planned and got some much needed Kitty cuddle time from Fred.
I did make this wonderful Trader Joe's Frosted Flake encrusted chicken for dinner.

Day 53/365 (September 8, 2014)
The major theme of the day was baby (Cunneely) watch. Today was a busy one.... besides keeping an eye on my phone to see if little Cunneely had been born my day was so full!
I got up by 6:15 to make sure the girls were getting ready. I also took Penny outside to go potty, and made Dennis' lunch. I took Clare to school since she had to be there earlier than usual, came back and got Winnie and Dennis off to school. Then I took Penny for a walk, ot ready for the day, and worked for several hours before heading out to run errands. I hit up Trader Joe's, Target and Staples. Let me tell you the Target back to school section was a scary wasteland that should have had tumbleweed rolling through because it was so picked clean, an Staples was a disorganized scary mess. Luckily I found the notebook Clare wanted/needed. Then it was back to the house to play with Penny a bit before Dennis was dropped off and we headed out to get Clare.
When we came home I helped Dennis with his homework and then eventually started to prep dinner. I made a meatball sub bubble up, which was trader joe's biscuits cut into 1/8 pieces and mixed with marinara sauce, topped with frozen meatballs and fresh shredded mozzarella cheese. once I got it in the oven I headed off to pick Winnie up at school after her Field Hockey practice was over. Her practice ran late and then we had to go back to school after leaving because she had forgotten her backpack. When we got home dinner was ready and it was nice catching up on each others' day and then the girls had to finish their homework. Eventually it was time for Dennis to get to bed, then finally the girls. You know it is nice to know I am still capable of playing the role of "soccer mom" if I need to, and I enjoy it at times, but really I am grateful that I do not have to do this full time... it is so difficult and Paula does this on a daily basis, like so many other moms... strong work!
ps as of bedtime there was no news of Baby Cunneely making his appearance in the world... This child really knows how to get attention before he is even born, well played little one, well played!
I should also note I have been eating terribly this whole weekend and only feel mildly bad about it. Tonight, after several nights, and minor help from the cousins, i polished off the Trader Joe's Speculoos and Cookie Butter ice cream, that was quite tasty, ut not as tasty as I had been envisioning, which didn't stop me!

Day 38/365 (August 24, 2014)
I was woken up on Sunday by a phone call from my mom,. Normally this would upset me greatly, but it was to tell me that my cousin Samantha had gone into labor! Quite a bit early, but not dangerously early... so I spent a good part of the next few hours on baby watch!
I also ended up watching Lola for a few hours. We did some coloring and crafting and she helped me make snickerdoodles which I ate far too many of! Lola set Fred up with the "Santa mouse" so he could have something to cuddle with while napping. I tried moving Fred off the table so she could have more room but he just hopped right back up, and Lola didn't mind at al since she loves him so much. I also did three loads of laundry during the day and made my bed... it is so nice to get into a freshly made bed!
My newest cousin Xavier Michael was born and he is adorable, so I am now figuring out how I will get to MA this weekend to meet him. I learned with the last coupe of babies how it breaks my heart to not see them as soon as they are born, so I am not going to make that mistake this time.
Then i met up for drink with so friends at Bourbon. It was nice chatting in a low key environment and I drank way too much water! After I got home I watched the Veronica Mars movie on HBO Go before going to sleep. It was a really good movie, glad I finally watched it!
