Day 113/365 (November 7, 2014)
This day was fun and trying at the same time. Met up with Becky over at Michael's and then her, Colson, Karen, Angie, and myself went to the florist to order the flowers for Nana from everyone. I think i mentioned before Colson is the most energetic 2 year old I have met. I wanted to participate in the flowers but he was being what a 2 year old should be so Karen and I ended up trying to distract him. Then all of us (except Angie) went to BJs to pick up the paper products we need for the reception after the funeral and see what their pricing was for food. Then we met up with Samantha and Xavier for lunch. It was nice to have us all there, and there was some Burlington Coat Factory poking as well. It was a full day of Colson wrangling which was fun but tiring. Eventually we ended back over at Michael's that night and I decided I needed to take charge of the food situation so that it would get done.
We also went to Maureen's and I got my hair trrimeed.

Day 99/365 (October 24, 2014)
I got a much later start than I was expecting while heading out to MA, but thankfully there was only one spot where i voided major traffic and was able to take a different road so I had smooth sailing. I love singing at the top of my lungs when alone in the car! Please note how much stuff i packed to go away for one night! In my defense a great deal of it was my baking stuff for cake making/decorating.
Let me tell you Colson is one of the most energetic 2 year old boys I have ever met. He wanted me to follow him around and sit everywhere and kept grabbing my hand and melting my heart. After a couple hours I had just enough time to say hi to Tessa before having to go take my mother speed shopping because her ride fell through. The last thing I needed to add to my day was that but I had to because she needed stuff for the party. I made us do shopping very fats and attempted to upgrade my phone but of course they were sold out for the day so I failed! I also found out my Nana was placed in a nursing home that morning since she is becoming very difficult to care for because she is getting very violent, and of course that means there is much family drama.
Then I got back to Becky's and had a sleepover with Tessa that involved her helping me bake the cakes for Colson's party and playing Life on my phone. I even had some time to chat with Becky which was nice since I do miss her lots, but it was nice having a few moments to myself before going to bed to unwind since i was extremely strssed and overwhelmed today

Day 65/365 (September 20, 2014)
Another super LONG day, but super great day! It was an early wake up and then Sasha, Karen and I went to pick up Lola for a day of suburbia. We headed to the pick your own veggies and fruit farm. Lola had a grand time helping us pick apples/veggies. There was a "little village" made up of little versions of typical town buildings like the post office, fire station, school, church, etc... She had so much fun running from place to place and making friends with any other little kid. Then we headed to a Michael's and then to Sasha's mom's house to see Pip and her brother's cat Aticus. Poor guy was shaved recently and didn't look too happy about it. It was good to see Pip... i miss that "little" guy!
Then we headed out to another Michael's and Target for some final shopping before heading back home. We hit some traffic so it took a really long time and we didn't get back until after 7. Then I had just a bit of time to eat and shower before heading out again!
It was a concert by Actor Friend at 54 below and it was so good/funny!. It started just about 11 and didn't end until after 1 am! everyone had something they were talking about before their song so we heard all kinds of funny stories from the various performers. Kyle Dean was one of them and he spoke abut his disastrous college auditions and tried to recreate that for his performance. That meant he sung Corner of the Sky but it was probably the funniest I have ever seen him. Ellyn was also one of the people and spoke about her time working at Ellen's Stardust Diner.... she is so freaking funny it hurts to laugh.

Day 23/365 (August 9, 2014)
Today was such a fun and wonderful day! The beach is NOT my friend! I hate sun, sand, and sea water but what Sasha and Marty wanted to do was go to the beach so that is how we spent the morning. I had water shoes and they said there were no fishies in sight so I gave in to peer pressure and actually went in the water, then Sasha, Marty, and I made a sand castle while Karen watched on from afar.
Then we popped into Marty's to change into non-each clothes and made our way back out to Old Orchard Beach to go play mini golf at Pirate's cove. Sadly I lost to Marty but i did get a hole in one on the first hole!
Then we went a chocolate shop to see the world's largest moose made out of chocolate. Lenny weighs in at 1,700 pounds! He also has some bear cub friends, and one of those weighs 300 pounds! This store also had some lovely salt water taffy that I stuffed my face with!
Then we sadly had to drop Marty back off and we made our way out doing some more shopping. On our way home we called the hotel and asked for a restaurant recommendation and we were told a bout this place called Bufflehead. It was absolutely adorable, had a view of the water, and some really lovely food. Then we went back to the hotel and watched TLC of course!

Day 9/365 (July 26, 2014)
Today was a long one. Started the day with my cousins then I
headed out for some errands. I went to Target, Michael’s, Babies r Us, TJ Maxx,
and Trader Joe’s. I found most of what I needed and then headed to my moms.
Alyssa (and Miguel) brought over their very tiny son.
He is 10 pounds of adorableness. I held him for a really
long time before heading over to my Uncle’s to celebrate another cousin’s 10th
birthday. It was sweet the 10 year old made a birthday cake for her mom (they
share the same day) and my 5 year old cousin made the birthday cake for my 10
year old cousin… baking runs in the family! Later came back to my moms and
spent some time with the baby again and I got to feed him J
Then ran some more errands that my mom needed and ended up
at Kimball Farms which has the best ice cream in the history of existence. I
ate way too much and feel slightly ill but I almost never have it, so I am okay
with it… that is a small by the way!
I am writing this in word and can’t post until later since
my mom never has wifi so I can’t connect to the internet. This time it is
technically set up but no one can tell me what the network name is and so many
pop up, le sigh!

Day 277/365 (May 22, 2009)
the day was good... i woke up, showered, went to TARGET!!!! i didnt spend too much time there but the time spent was glorious, even if i couldnt get the flip-flops in the size i needed. later paula and i began our project of hanging up different pictures. With the exception of these last four it was pretty simple and easy... we just had to find the right spot for them. these however required much thought and then planning... but i busted out some awesome math and logical skills and we hung these bad boys! they dont look it from the angle of this picture but they are spaced evenly and the two larger ones ended up being the same level! i was quite proud :Di even got to drive a bit and took a little driving tour of CNR, and other parts of new rochelle, and i never needed to look up directions to get from the different places!
