Day 347/365 (July 31, 2009)

I have no idea what i did the first part of the day any more or what prevented me from updating then, but i do know towards the later part in the day i received this horrible wound that looked worse in person from Tucker and i reached my breaking point with him. He wont play nice with me i just wont go anywhere near him. This is the day i meant to delete a song from a playlist and accidentally deleted the whole playlist! so i cant connect phone to computer until i use my phone to recreate the playlist as was because i have that list set to automatically synch when connected and i would be sad if i was missing it since its one of my most used playlists

i feel like i made an outing of some sort before coming home and getting ready but can't be too sure. Anywho i made my way to mostly sondheim and was surprised to find Austin there as well, and of course dom. it took forever until they let us in but once they did it was one of the funnier nights for sure. i was brought to tears at one point by quite a funny discussion. Marty Thomas and Emily McNamara were the hosts and once again John Bronson was taking care of the piano (with a few hours notice this time!) They had a completely new staff and the waiter was a little too attentive for my liking but it was his first night. there was a guy who sang Part of Your World in Hebrew and a couple of boys tried and failed beyond all misery to sing Totally Fucked. There were quite the amount of single straight men that also sang... an often novelty there... haha. i even ended up signing the bitch of living (what?) by the end of the night (including all of our hosts) there were like only 8 or 9 people in the room which made for unusual fun... and i was requested to make satan's balls for another birthday party (i must get supplies). i also got complimented on my outfit twice which i always appreciate :D it was my AB jeans and the purple shirt i had bought before i went to TX. Also how did i almost forget the ongoing bump-it. you know that stupid hair thing well emily kept putting all sorts of things in her hair to pretend it was a bump-it such as a CD display case, a red bull can, and a tamborine to name a few!

i would also like to say it is nice coming home to pip because he is so excited to see you that he is a little ball of energy running around because he just cant contain that much excitement in his little body.

Day 346/365 (July 30, 2009)

it was quite a morning with emma curled up on one side of me and pip on the other side of me. pip loves attention and is not afraid of plopping himself in front of you for some belly rubs... but unfortunately for him i am cranky in the morning if i dont get to do some quality cuddly petting time with emma so after a few moments of moving him to my other side he learned :D  my atomic clock decided it was going to be thirty minutes behind when it was supposed to so i ended up being very late to meet up with chris in bryant par.

at the subway entrance i ran into mike and we headed down together and found chris holding lovely seats for us even though bryant park was a swamp because of the rainfall that had happened yesterday! my new flip flops ended up looking ancient and i got a sunburn on my face that looks like i applied to much red blush! broadway in bryant park this week was by far the worst of the weeks i have seen. the shows were naked boys singing (which i have never had a desire to see and after seeing this i know for sure i wont ever see it... LAME!) chicago (which was just dull and lackluster which is unfortunate) jersey boys (yea i love the mucis but it was just eh to see everyone sing it and i dont understand why every ensemble members name was read and they dont do that for the other shows such as shrek or the other ones i have seen this year, not fair!) and shrek. shrek had the potential to be awesome but not so much. the best part of the day by far was haven getting to sing for Fiona in I Know It's Today. she sounded amazing and was rocking some shrek ears with a tiara. (hard to see but that is her on the far left). unfrtunately having that be the first song that was sung made the rest of the day torture since ya know it was just bad. i mean Freak Flag had the potential to be awesome the song is great and the choreography they di was fun and funky but this is BROADWAY in bryant park not lip synch in bryant park. even though i know they had at least 7 hand held mics since that is how many naked boys had, only 3 people had mics to use.so john tartaglia and two others actually sang their parts live but the others were forced to li[ synch over themselves and well i felt it totally detracted from the enjoyment of the performance because part of the magic of broadway is the live singing part!

anywho after i headed home and made a pitstop at the store to pick up a few food items and came home and tucker and pip were playing along so nicely it was amazing!

eventually i went out to meet joey and we went to composer exposure part of the SPF festival (it was free) and they had cocktails for us also i ended up with a yummy prickly pear something or other... and we ran into Lil and Emily!

we got lovely seats and it was an enjoyable show even if the host was just terrible! i wish i had a recorder for all of the songs! one notable cute one was by the composers of taylor the latte boy. it was a song about "love" in the big city but it was so funny, omg! and my favorite was this song about two people trying to talk to each other on cell phones about their relationship but due to a bad signal it resulted in ther break up, really i wish i had a copy of that!

then after joey and i went to karaoke at the lounge and when we got there i discovered the escalator was working... for the first time in several months! i was really shocked! we headed downstairs and it was pretty much dead. i sang walk away thou and we stayed for a tiny bit before heading ut. however chris was back so it was nice to say hello.

i had thought i was just going to walk to 72nd street instead of having to transfer from the local to express since it was nice out, but right before i got to 59th st i was so overcome with exhaustion that i felt like iw as going to fall asleep where i stood so i just hopped on the subway there.

at some point during the day i finished reading harry potter and the deathly hallows and was quite pleased with this. i cant believe how much i had forgotten had happened in it, and all the stuff i did remember.

when i got home watched tv for a bit and went to go to sleep... however i would discover that it would not be so easy. i walked in and saw lots of poo on my floor! some was pip's knocked off from the wee pad and a big pile that was clearEly from tucker. so i cleaned up the yuck and thought i was done until i discovered emma had puked on my floor by the bed. so i cleaned that up and as i was leaving the room to throw that stuff out i stepped in dried tucker pee! so i cleaned that i was so furious because i was so tired and it seemed like every time i thought i had finished i had found more! but then i was finally done and the room didnt smeel anymore once i got rid of all that yuck and i was able to go to sleep!

Day 345/365 (July 29, 2009)

i ran a few errands using ted's car... so nice to drive sometimes. i also discovered the amazingness of WHITE balsamic vinegar... mixed with a little salt and avocados was just like a burst of sunshine in my mouth!

i went to the SPF show departed lounge and it was pretty good. It shared similar elements with another show though and i was like hmm... interesting! i had only known one person who was going to be in it (nick Blaemire) and was shocked when it began and i doscovered two other people i have seen in other shows (doug kreeger from rooms and Johnathon b. wright from spring awakening).

after it was over i met up with sasha again and picked up pip to bring him home for the puppy sitting adventure to begin. after the mishap that took place the last time pip ws here we knew that tucker and pip couldnt ee each other until the morning or we would get no sleep. our plan worked for the most part... and well pip learned how to get up on my ginourmous bed pretty quickly and i made him a cute little bed... he has his little bed at sasha's which is her dirty laundry pile and since all my laundry was clean (oh yea did laundry at paula's) i took my laundry bag and placed a big bag filled with squishy stuff in it, then put a clean towel over the top so he wasnt directly on the bag... and he likes to lie in it when he isnt cuddling up with me.

i also read more of harry potter and woke up in the morning after having a crazy dream!

so i realize that the facts of my dream are wrong but it is a dream so basically i was in this really tall building (basic rectangular shape) on one of the top floors and something happened and the building started to tip over! well as it did it fell against the steeple of st. patricks cathedral and the top part fell off and spun slowly to the ground... it landed and every climbed out safely through the window and we saw the rest of the building propped up against the steeple and the officils decided the only way to fix the problem was to push down the steeple so the rest of the building could fall... well they didnt push it in the right direction and all of a sudden all of the buildings in manhattan were falling down like dominoes and they said every had three minutes to get off the island or else a building would fall on them, well miraculously i got to the bottom of our island (which instead of SI ferry there was a foot bridge for us to all cross) and well everyone was rushing to get off the island i looked down and saw on the beach a dead lobster so i went to go look and saw another live lobster and went to pick it up and it clung to my hand and as i was waiving to get it off i noticed a dog being chased by a shark in the water. and i was frightened for the dog but he got up on the beach safely and the shark followed trying to get him but then he got stuck on the beach and i woke up... weird huh?

Day 344/365 (July 28, 2009)

clare made this... it is my guestimation that i am correct in it having it consist of 631 of those little plastic thingies that make these. it was a group effort clare designed it and placed them, and then myself, winnie, and dennis acted as her minions and picked the colors out of the big sorted pile for her. once again i dont remember the specifics of the day but there was once again alot of reading harry potter. i do enjoy my time in new rochelle.

Day 343/365 (July 27, 2009)

once again i should have updated sooner! i dont remember much of what i did in the orning but decided last minute i was gonna go to paula's and i knew i had to go over to sasha's beforehand... after emergency rush packing and several phone calls i decided to go out to new rochelle on the later side so i could visit sasha and be stress free.

so i grabbed my heavy suitcase (full of laundry) and made my way there and was pleasantly surpirsed to find matthew, mackenzie, and penski there too! we had a lovely time eating sasha's cookies and yummy cheesecake (see above) and helping the other 3 decided which headshots to use of what sasha took... then we overcame the burning on a cd issue using my computer... then sasha figured out how to do it on her own!

anywho sasha packed me up a cookie goodie bag and made my way to new rochelle. i also continued reading harry potter and the deathly hallows like crazy before i went to bed.

Day 342/365 (July 26, 2009)

didnt do much today. i made pancakes and then krysta and i headed to the dog run with tucker on 72nd. right before we got there this random old lady was screaming "bitch bitch bitch" at this little kid... hilarious! anywho we got there and it was much nicer than the one on 137th... and of all the dogs there was this tiny little yorkie who was my favorite and he spent some good time with me while i was petting him. then there was this cute little fluffy poofball of a dog that kept hopping up on my lap for me to pet her. eventually i got bored and tired and headed home.

i was so very tired and after a little lunch i ended up passing out for an almost 3 hour nap.. though it was of the keep waking up and falling asleep... while napping i had a really funny dream. Xanadu had opened again but it wasnt the same production we all know and love... oh no it was redone and the songs were different at times... anyway me and a few friends were watching from the back row, and stupid suze and not stupid jesse, were sitting with us. i kept changing my seat to sit next to her and annoy her and then at one point (because of audience participation) they handed suze a microphone and as a song played she got up and made her way to the stage singing a bunch of heys and ohs... and jesse leaned over and was all "this is weird huh?" and that was the basic extent of my dream... i just was baffled. i eventually woke up completely and felt wicked groggy and was very aware of the fact that sleep tonight will be hard and tomorrow will be a not good day.

i began watching harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban when i turned on the tv and am now watching harry potter and the goblet of fire. i also did a bunch of dishes and had left over shepard's pie for dinner and well lunch too, yum!

at one point there was a fierce terrential downpour of rain... i had to shut krysta's window and put a towel in our living room window because it was coming in all the way past where the heater is and onto the floor but i wasnt going to shut the window of the room i was in. luckily my room was fine in the rain coming in department because of the angle it was coming from.

watching those movies inspired me to start re-reading deathly hallows again... i began after i finished rereading book 6 but hadnt progressed past chapter 1... now i am hooked once again, it just takes the right mood!

Day 341/365 (July 25, 2009)

i woke up and paid some bills. i went for a walk with tucker to the post office where he caused me to bleed pretty badly from a small painful wound, then later he got me again and that slice above HURTS. emma and i cuddled up on the couch and i ended up taking a nap that i didnt want to take. after i woke up i went to the grocery store and bought some stuff and i made a yummy shepard's pie for a real dinner. krysta also made some yummy vegtables and cous cous.

kinda hot right now so i suppose i should grab the fan but dont care that much

i also finally cleared all the annoying bubbles off my iPhone because i have no new voice messages anymore and no new emails!!!! that is exciting :D NO BUBBLES!!!!

Day 340/365 (July 24, 2009)

tucker was nice to me, and even slept next to me while i was busy on the couch. it was pretty good. i even used the software i downloaded and it RECOVERED my deleted pictures and i was so relieved! i met with karolina to give her back her camcorder and i went to mostly sondheim.

i ate a ton of cookies since krysta left them here, how rude! there was this cute kid on the subway and he was eating chips... after he finished he stood up, brushed himself off, then asked his mom for a wipe to clean himself up... OMG it was so precious since he was about two feet tall!

i also took the bus at one point because i was too lazy to walk to the subway and well i got one of the long ones with the circle center that sways and rocks up and down.. i love them! (see above)

mostly sondheim was interesting! Mark and Joey joined me and this week danny calvert and michael buchanan were the hosts... it started wicked late because the fill in pianist never showed up! so they called john bronson who was actually not working that night and he came from home (the bronx) via a cab to rescue the night and play piano! right before he got there danny played piano for a song he sang and then one michael sang and he did a pretty good job, then john arrived and the night really began. lots of fun, i sang i can hear the bells... and michael sang the song i have been getting ready to sing (when brian gets back and i have more confidence) screw loose... it was cute though because michael actually asked me of it was ok if he sang it... lots of fun and i think michael is super sweet and a welcomed guest host as well.

eventually the night ended and joey and i walked with mark from the duplex to 42nd st (well they kept walking i got on the subway). I was so very tired at this point it must have looked like i was beyond drunk even though i wasnt drinking at all because i couldnt walk in a straight line and kept swaying... the walk from 135th to home was a trip to say the least and seemed to have taken an eternity! the sky was already staring to turn a pale shade of blue from the sun creeping up... i brushed my teeth and passed out!

Day 339/365 (July 23, 2009)

broadway in bryant park... i was going to get there really early with chris to save seats but i found out the night before that next to normal and wicked had switched places... i was supremely ticked off because the line-up was AMAZING and then stupid wicked came in and ruined it... why does wicked plague my existence?

anyway i finally got there and had a lovely time with everyone (like 16 of us) and chris was the list checkeroffer when people arrived... pretty funny! the show was decent. vanities i have no interest in and it was a shame that annaleise is a jaded former disney star and seemed to be bothered to be there. rock of ages was amazing and the understudy for drew was hot! (and talented to boot)

mary poppins was delightful but chooisng to sing practically perfect was a poor choice since it is a downer of a song... they did end with super...docious! (not attempting to spell) which i love that song. then wicked closed it out... grrrr! i took a ton of pictures during the sound check and recorded during the actual performance with karolina's camera however i didnt check to see if i had my adapter so i couldnt use my tripod... and well the videos i took were really shaky :(

i went home and ended up napping at one point and then uploading the pictures... only i stupidly didnt transfer the pictures to my computer before toying with them and make a big mistake and deleted more than 100 of the pictures i had taken, the ones i most cared about (rock of ages)... i was so pissed with myself!

then i went and helped chris with wicked lotto, and went to visit Sasha and Marty again... we hung, we remade Sasha's bedroom with her new set, and watched big brother, fun times!

Then i met with joey and we went to karaoke at NWS. it was quite the night and i had a new song downloaded... too bad the system was being extra slow and the words never actually appeared until about half way through the song... good thing i kinda new them, but boy was it repetitive when you dont know when the song will end (we like to party by the venga boys) someone i did not know helped sing it with me and drew danced with his poms up on stage... fun times.

when it finished i went home and had looked up ways to recover pictures deleted from a memory card, so i downloaded them before falling asleep.

Day 338/365 (July 22, 2009)

I had a wicked hard time falling asleep last night (as i suspected would happen) and then i was woken up extremely early by the sound of my air mattress inflating and tucker barking at it... he must have been chewing on the cord and accidentally flipped the on switch and it freaked him out. even after i turned it off he just kept barking at it... LOL! i then tried to get emma to come cuddle with me as i fell back asleep but she didnt until i picked up my phone to check twitter... i knew that would get her to come. instead of sleeping (since i couldnt) i chatted with krysta until she left for work then tried for thirty minutes until i could fall asleep again.

the day was a blank until i ended up at Sasha and Marty's... we watched How I Met Your Mother and installed Sasha's air conditioner... we are so pro!

lies i just remembered i traveled to meet karolina to pick up her camcorder and drop off my air mattress

tucker had a good day because i finished my ice cream container and let him lick at it... that was the result!

Day 337/365 (July 21, 2009)

What the crap? last night i fell asleep on the couch shortly after midnight... close to 2 am i was woken up by emma who called me to bed. it is pitiful to be put to sleep by a cat, but much appreciated since my bed is more comfy than the couch! anywho i basically stumbled to the bathroom then laid down and was out like a light again. when i woke up this morning to emma curled next to my body and head and one paw draped on my arm i thought how cute and i wonder what time it is. it was kinda on the darker side outside and i knew i fell asleep pretty early so i was like i bet it is around 9 am... boy was i wrong! i looked at my phone and it said 2:24! i thought it was wrong since my phone sometimes displays the wrong time... no it was right which means i slept for just about 14 hours! i had no idea i was needing that much sleep, and now my day is wasted!

i did the massive dishes that some how appeared and that was at least productive.

eventually i got ready and headed to the 9 to 5 stage door since they had tweeted about wanting people there to be in a sing along video... so of course i went! "have camera, there is a tamra!" is my camera whore mantra. it wasn't done as i had thought (just everyone singing along) the producer guy was picking people who wanted to be picked, he sung them a line from the song 9 to 5 and then you sang it back in the camera... fun! the stage door guy was also pretty funny and very into making the lion king attendees jealous they werent at 9 to 5!

after i headed over to therapy for broadway sessions because marty thomas was one of the guests and joey was there... and he had a friend josh with him that was just fabulous, and eventually mike showed up. it was an interesting evening with "great" musical trivia... like i would know who the original Boq was... i could care less about wicked, lol! Marty sang his mashup of Single Ladies by Beyonce and Dont Rain On My Parade... and his one man Omigod You Guys from legally blonde. both complete with dancing and spectacular lighting. twas late so i went home.

Day 336/365 (July 20, 2009)

i took lots of pictures of emma and tucker but was to lazy to upload them, so this was my view of life two minutes before midnight and just before i fell asleep for the night...

i did stuff during the day but all that matters was i ate way too much ice cream

Day 335/365 (July 19, 2009)

What day was it? Altarholic Appreciation Day for us wonderful fans of Altar Boyz!!!!

the day began by krysta making my hair all curly and fun... too bad between my natural hair defenses (despite strong hairspray) and the weather almost all the curls had fallen out before i got off the subway! then i went and picked up Sasha's camera and headed over to NWS. i dropped off some of the baked goodies to the best box office staff and went downstairs to meet up with michelle and then everyone else when they got there.

It was Michelle. Tim, Devon, Karolina, Mark, Diane, Her Friend, Nicole, and her family, and at the very end Lynette, Michelle, and Nicky. we had such a lovely time chatting we headed into the theater like 3 minutes before showtime! Lympus even came and hung for a bit and we ate the satan's balls i had made... they were a hit!

You know we had a bunch of seats in the front row and werent really sure where each of us was going to sit... i almost didnt sit in B112 because well i like to be more center but i ended up there because everyone else had already picked a seat... good thing i did sit there! The show itself was super fun especially with us holics in the house, and my one accidental loud snort that drew alot of attention... darn inside jokes with michelle! the best part of the show, in my opinion of course, was something about you. i am an altarholic i had made peace with the fact i would never get to be the something about you girl again no matter how much i wanted to for a freaking picture on stage. well the song started and all was normal, and then it gets to the moment that the person who plays matthew starts to walk off the stage towards which ever girl will be pulled... well imagine my surprise when michael was walking towards and looking at me... at first i was convinced that he was just looking at someone behind me, but then he got closer and there was no question and i started shaking my head no in total disbelief! well there should have been no disbelief and i was quite happy and excited... once i got over the my flip flop was slipping off and i almost tripped up the step moment. it was pretty nifty being sung to and hearing my friedns in the audience all excited and stuff... and seeing the guys up onstage singing from that point of view. Travis brushed by my knee when he was walking towards michael, and then when the others had begun standing up to sing too they were all smiles. when travis took out the camera to take the picture my first thought was i hope my hair looks ok, then i thought ooo the camera is pretty and purple and i want it... then travis walked me off stage... happiness was an understatement! i am am super happy the picture was sent so quickly to me, but i won't lie i am more than a little disappointed it is so blurry! but it is something!

i would also like to point out that i have now performed on three out of the five stages at NWS... stage 4 as fog girl, stage 5 for the battery's down, and stage 2 from this aa day... what will it take to get on stages 1 and 3?

Day 334/365 (July 18, 2009)

I'm tamra!
so i had fallen asleep at 6:30 in the morning like i said yesterday... i woke up about 7:30 when grace got here... just long enough to say hi and fall back asleep! Then i got ready and met up with Kim, Susie, and eventually Jo at Blockheads... then we walked to the highline ballroom and they bought their LFO tickets for the night... then we went to Kim's and ate a bunch of jello... it was good times with everyone and doing something that was so laid back... and i got to see kim's puppy for the first time since i finished puppy sitting in i think May! she had just gotten groomed the day before and she looked like an entirely different breed of dog but she was still as cute and friendly as ever.... i love her so much!

well i was there kim gave me the amazing gifts she had picked up for me in disney: a princess patch, a princess lollipop, a pretty bracelet that has a T charm on it with a mickey mouse head clasp, and Mickey ears that has my name embroidered on the back. well in true tamra form i put them on and wore them the rest of the day because they rocked and i didnt want them to get crushed in my bag... so i went and helped grace try the hair and 9 to 5 lottos (lost both) and then we went to subway to get some much needed grub... yep and i passed kyle dean and tim young... whilst rocking the mickey ears!

then grace and i headed home and i began the long process of the night... baking! OH MY GOD!!!! i can't believe how long it took to make the red velvet cake balls (Satan's Balls) and the carrot cake cookies! I began at 8 and finally finished about 2 o'clock! thatw s six hours of baking and doing dishes so the kitchen remained clean! grace was a super star at making whole cookies from the scraps of cookies that had fallen apart.... they taste so good but they suck to make because they fall apart s easily so you could make 72 cookies (as i had) but only about 38 actually came out ok, and then grace made about 16 cookies from the remains of the other ones, and the rest just had to be thrown out... and since you sandwich the cookies together with cream cheese frosting i ended up with only 27 sandwich's when theoretically i could have ended up with 36 if all the cookies had turned out... basically that sucks! the red velvet balls are really simple in theory but in practice they involve alot of effort but man are they worth it because they taste so good! so anywho afterwards i cleaned the last of the dishes and went to bed!

ps whenever i hear or think july 18 i always think of bad boys II and vice versa because the year it was released Will Smith and Martin Lawrence presented an MTV movie award for something and their whole speech before hand they kept saying bad boys II came out on july 18 to promote it and it became sort of an ongoing joke between judith and myself for a little while, now i suspect i am the only one who still remembers.

Day 333/365 (July 17, 2009)

i am so over tucker right now. i woke up to his incessant barking to be let out of his crate, of course i cant let him out if he is barking or whining so he doesn't think he can get his way... well he wouldn't stop for like twenty minutes! i finally let him out and he starts playing with one of his toys which means he keeps thinking he is burying it and then he barks at it forever! i am sick of the barking, and then while i was in the bathroom he got a hold of my hand and and bit and it didn't bleed but the pain from it is still coursing through my hand... i am done done done.

i spent some time today looking through my photo blog's beginnings since i am so close to achieving success! it is kind of crazy... without looking at what i wrote i would say abut 90% of the time as soon as i saw the picture i knew just what had happened that day and what i was about to read! i just didnt realize how nifty it would be to be able to reflect, i know i will continue this after i make it to 365, it might not be an exactly everyday thing, but it will continue because i can't let go of a great way to reflect back on my life!

Success was mine when i finally found red velvet cake mix not at the store by kim like i thought i would, nor at the store closest to The Duplex, but finally at a Gristede's somewhat close to The Duplex... man oh man that took so long! i then went and met up with mark, and then joey to see patrick in a show called As Gay As It Gets at The Duplex... first time i have been there during normal hours and not mostly sondheim. Beforehand Mark and I grabbed some grub at a Qdoba and it was yummy.

The show was super cute and pretty funny and Patrick was fabulous! it ended about 8:10 and then Mark, Joey, and myself met up with Patrick in the main upstairs bar area. Seriously i have never spent any time there except waiting to get into mostly sondheim but it was actually pretty fun and at one point one of the creators of the shw came over and hung with us for a while... we spoke of lots of things and i never once turned red and it was just a good time.

the three of us (mark left sadly) went into mostly sondheim and this week brian and kate were away and it ended up being just Marty Thomas and Jon, who was filling in for Brian. Dom joined us and so did two others (michael alden and greg). a few of the highlights of the night were marty's one man omigod you guys from legally blonde, patrick actually singing a sondheim song, dom singing things are moving too fast and proclaiming that rose's turn has been retired unless someone puts $20 in the bucket, my bashing the harry potter movie, and the super awesome employees. the lowlights would be patrick and i planning on singing suddenly seymour until sydney sun it with someone else, so i decided to sing good morning baltimore and someone else singing it, then deciding on singing out tonight... and well i tried but it didnt go well... lesson learned do not attempt singing unless brian is at the piano since he understands my ineptitude at following along with music and can help me along... yea not that song ever again! also it became like rent night with la vie boheme parts A and B with I should tell you, what you own, and i'll cover you reprise being sung... yea i guess it made me miss rent because i started getting all teary eyed at one point, and i am sad i can't make it to boston to see the tour one last time... even though i thought i had made my peace with it back in New Jersey!

anywho after a fun night it ended at like 3:40, then i headed to path mark and bought the eggs i needed, came home and baked the red velvet cake so it had time to cool. seriously i woke up around 8:15 in the morning and this night i went to bed at 6:30... it was a long long day! but fun all around!

ps today was half evil as far as my blog is concerned since 333 is half of 666

Day 332/365 (July 16, 2009)

this is my clock, it puts time on the ceiling... the only way to see what time it is at night! In fact i am so used to loking up sometimes when people ask me what time it is my first instinct is to look at the ceiling, no matter where i am.

i got up and headed out to Broadway in Bryant Park... today The Little Mermaid, 9 to 5, Toxic Avenger, and Pure COuntry were performing. IT was a sunny day but i was armed with a bottle of water and a thing of sunscreen. I am so fearful of the sun and burning so i put more on like every thirty minutes and kept asking if my face was turning red! I was excited when i got there and saw Chris saving a bunch of seats so i joined him and he was very good company to have. the morning was lots of fun but really? OK so 9 to 5 was exciting but they only sang two songs (beautifully done) but why didn't they sing 9 to 5? I also think it is awesome allison janey came and did the park since some people are too diva to do it, however i wish her understudy had because i would love to hear the songs sung by three outstading vocalists.... i do love her acting dont get me wrong, but she just cant sing. pure country is supposedly coming to broadway in the spring, i dont like country so it wont be a show i will see (unless casting dictates otherwise) but the guy who performed had an incredible voice and was cute to boot! the girl had to read from the sheet music but sounded great.

Toxic Avenger, this was my first exposure to it and it seemed like it must be the fun musical everyone says it is but two of the songs sounded the same and some of the same lyrics so i was like huh? but the guy who co-wrote it and is part of Bon Jovi was there to introduce them, then joined in the last song towards the end and i was like oh i wish dawn were here. the other show that performed was the little mermaid... once again this year brian d'dario (spelling is wrong there) stole the show, there is no question in my mind that he has a bright career ahead of him i mean how many others are that professional and killer at such a young age? Let's talk Drew Seeley. i was excited to see him perform because um hello CUTIE! and he does have a nice voice... in the end he did sound amazing but i was so dissapointed because he sang the new popified version of her voice. yes it is a fun song, but in the musical Her Voice is one of the most beautiful songs and if that is what i was going to hear i would have wanted to hear the musical version not the pop version... and this is broadway in bryant park after all, not pop concert in bryant park! i understand reasoning behind it... i am sure disney spent a ton of money producing that one song so why not use it, but STILL!!!!

after it was over chris and i took a walk to the times square visitor center because he wanted to pick up a few of the show fliers and stuff and i was able to look in a mirror there and be reassured that i had not gotten sun burnt!

then i headed home and got some lunch, where i cut my gums on a peach pit, and there was blood and it hurt! it was a tame sort of day at this point, though i did a bunch of dishes. WHen krysta came home she cooked us a truly scrumptious dinner and we had a yummy dessert of brownies and ice cream. Eventually i got ready and headed out to TOL for some karaoke.

the nights was lots of fun and it was very exciting to have had some many friends there at one point or another. Kim, Susie, and Jo were there when i arrived and shortly thereafter Joey turned up. Before the night ended Andrew had even popped in! (and a few others). The night was filled with lots of karaoke from me... best part is i made it through the night without singing any britney spears even if there were protests about that. it was just a fun and lovely night :D Kim and i walked to the subway together and then i went home and fell asleep!

Day 331/365 (July 15, 2009)

oh my it was a busy day! i woke up early and rushed the little mermaid for michelle, i chatted with a very nice girl, unfortunately i didn't realize she was just in high school until it was just about BO open time when i had mentioned something and she was like oh no, i am only in high school, so she waited for nothing! i was surprised at how many people ended in line. i was first but the line went quite far down the theater shortly after i got there! i doubt most were rushing and the others were looking to buy regular tickets based on the demographic not looking very collegiate!

then i rushed home and cleaned myself up a bit and headed out to finally watch a Seth" Sirius XM Broadcast because Emma Hunton was going to perform and promote her Joe's Pub Gig... it was standing room only by the time i got there (boo) but i stuck it out and she played Whispering while playing on the guitar and it was beautifully done! i felt bad not staying through the rest of the show but i had stuff to do, so when she was all done i just left. PS Seth was away on the Rosie Cruise and the person who filled in for him was not very good. she had a lovely voice when she sang, but she just wasnt engaging and that made me sad.

I headed to the cake distributor store emily told me about a while ago that i have used rather frequently for awesomeness. I bought the chocolate i need to make Satan's Balls for Michelle, then i headed back towards home. i went to Path Mark to get a few other needed supplies, most importantly the Red Velvet Cake mix... unfortunately i couldn't find it... which sucks becuase between Path Mark, the grocery store across our street, and the little stores around the neighborhood i have been unable to find it! so i will try a few places in midtown in the hopes of finding later, and then go to 14th street if i have to since i know i saw it in one of the stores around there when i was puppy sitting for kim! While i waited in the longest line ever! (my wort line experience there by far... i mean i listened to the entire tarzan cast album while in the store and i didnt listen to it for that long before i got in line! anywho in front of me was this 6 month old little boy and he took a liking to me, so i would make funny faces, or play peek a boo with him while passing the time. it was super cute and if i would stop for too long he would start to get cranky. then when we finally got to the cash register his mom had pushed him through to load the stuff on the belt blocking me from view and he started to cry, she moved out of the way and as soon as he saw me he started to giggle... i felt so loved because well little kids love me without much effort on my part!

anywho then i came home and it was a good thing i set an alarm to remind me when to leave so i wouldnt be late meeting michelle because i ended up falling asleep for like two hours and when i woke up i was s disoriented... like i didnt know what day it was and couldnt remember what i was supposed to be leaving for... then karolina called me and well she had to put up with my what in the worldness and  and asked if i would join her that night... turns out karen couldn't make it to harry potter and the half-blood prince so i went in her place. i finally snapped to at 72nd street... whilst i was sleeping i had a nightmare that the chocolate i had bought and placed in the fridge was not supposed to go in there and it almost got ruined so i freaked a little and had krysta check the package since i had forgotten to before i had left in my disoriented state.

had a lovely time with michelle chatting about the past two weeks and eating at chipotle, then i headed over to the movie theater which was freaking on 32nd and 2nd ave... so far away!

i didnt really like the movie but it was nice seeing it with karolina and david. i felt the movie was way too rushed, and they didnt explain certain things so if you hadnt read the book you would be clueless. they also changed things that were unnecessary and added random things. i thought it was well acted for the most part, i didnt like slughorn, or the littlest voldemort. the teenage voldemort i thought was pretty good, i would have enjoyed you know who more, but he is definitely way too old for it. i think the thing that disappointed me most was that they didnt do the whole dumbledore tells harry that he knew he would be fine because he was with him thing. it was such a sweet powerful moment in the book and wasted by not being in the film. eh oh well at least i can picture things in my mind. I mean most of the people that used to be important in it were just glorified extras... longbottom anyone? and a few others and the billing at the end... i understand that the people are more seasoned performers and had larger parts in the other movies but tom felton certainly deserved to be higher up and listed individually!

then i headed home and found a puddle off pee on my floor from tucker and poo on my bed from emma... i was not pleased in the slightest!

Day 330/365 (July 14, 2009)

ooo it was a day! after getting like no actual sleep at sasha and marty's before heading out to rush... idk why the couch is comfy and i was sleepy, i went to rush next to normal. i was of course the first person there and thankfully i feel asleep from about 8 until 9 am so it gave me a little boost!. i even finished reading the 6th harry potter book, tears! After i got the tickets i came home and took care of a few quick things (such as playing with tucker and giving emma some love) then i got ready and headed out for two separate job interviews...

the first place i am not a fan of... it was clustered and chaotic and well i am desperate so if it happens i will take it, the second... OH MY GOODNESS! it was with a temp agency and they had me fill out paperwork that took about 40 minutes before i even got to do the interview! and my hand writing sucks so that was painful! the interview seemed pleasant and hopefully they have some job pop up for me. afterwards i headed over to sasha and she was trying to seel since she hadnt the night before so i watched more of how i met your mother until i fell asleep and got a much needed hour nap. at one point since pip was in sasha's room fred came up and nuzzled with me again... setting off my allergies, but i dont really care because i love him so much!

then i went and met with my theatre buddy at Mother Burger in the courtyard. it was my first time checking it out and it was yummy, especially the sauce when i dipped the great fries in it. then we headed over the the theatre... we had to wait in a long line to get in but always worth it. the show was great and it was fun seeing it with someone i haven't seen it with yet. then we hung around after and chatted with Kyle Dean for a bit... always happiness... then i went home.

i paid some bills and dealt with a very annoying emma who wanted my undivided attention since i left her alone all last night.

Day 329/365 (July 13, 2009)

here Pip is all snuggled in my lap

i had gotten up early to go drop off a resume and fill out an application at an office, then i came home and chilled for a bit. I took Tucker over to have a puppy playdate with Pip and ran into Ryan D. on the subway... he is just lovely to chat with. then tucker and pip played whilst sasha and i chatted (and she worked.) eventually krysta showed up for a bit and took tucker away, then marty came home and we ordered some food... i go a most delicious calzone but next time will not get the spinach because it tasted great but it was hard to bite through and was all bunching up. At one point Pip threw up on my shoulder but sasha cleaned it up all nice like

we watched some TV including Marty's How I Met Your Mother DVDs... let me tell you! i have seen a few different episodes and enjoyed them but seeing all the ones we did I LOVE IT! i need to remember to ask him to borrow them starting with season 1 so i can catch up. then we all tried and failed to go to bed. it was nice because fred came up and nuzzled with me, and even though my eye became painfully itchy and the nose was all runny it was totes worth it for some quality time! curse those allergies! lack of sleep was not cool for the day i had coming up ahead.

Day 328/365 (July 12, 2009)

i stayed in new rochelle over night unexpectedly and it was nice and we spent lots of time reading and playing games this morning outside under the nice umbrella of their patio set. i missed the train by seconds when i was dropped off so i had to wait an hour for another to come... i ended up falling asleep at the train station... it was a very nice nap! On the train i continued reading harry potter until i got to the chapter where they battle and then dumbledore dies... i am so not ready to read that again... such an emotional pull it has on me, i still remember reading that for the first time and after i read avada kedavra even though i treat those books especially well i didnt like what had just happened and i chucked that thing clear across the room and had to wait a bit before i could bring myself to continue reading!

i got home and went to the bathroom because even though i went before i left i really had to pee (TMI warning too late)... i got home and krysta had made brownies, yum!

anywho i made some terryaki chicken for dinner (not as good as i had hoped) and krsyta picked me up a shrimp roll of yum. i worked on an arts and crafts project and although they look kind of cute i am sad they didnt turn out as i had hoped, and it doesnt look like i spent much time on them even though i totally did!

whilst on the train i felt like taking a picture of the pattern on my bag, so there you have it!

Day 327/365 (July 11, 2009)

i headed to new rochelle because my cousin patty was in and i havent seen her in AGES!!!! i spent some quality time and did laundry and it was just really nice being there, even tho gallagher was doing a show at rockwood and i had been planning on going to it, it became clear that i was not going to be able to since it would have taken me forever to get my stuff home, then head there, and inner had finished too late :( sometimes family has to be more important. we played apples to apples junior and i dont like that game but dennis was getting a kick out of it.

i also stayed up way late reading more harry potter... the mark of a good book is no matter how many times you have read it, you are excited to continue reading and you still have a hard time putting it down to go to bed.

Day 326/365 (July 10, 2009)

The day began on the usual side and then i discovered some DVD's... i watched parts from an easter bonnet and gypsy of the year competition. It was pretty fun watching except when i saw Rent's Easter Bonnet from last year... yea it made me cry pretty much from the beginning until the just shortly after the end. i love that it still has such an emotional power over me, it is nice to know i am not completely "emotionally dead inside" as i like to often to joke.

i headed out and met karolina in bryant park and thus began our evening of talking and wedding planning and just a nice time catching up. we were there for a wicked long time but then it got chilly so we went inside at a mcdonald's... i got an angus, bacon cheeseburger... i normally dont dig fast food but i was hungry and it was actually really good! (but i could just have been really hungry)

we ended up staying there until really really very late until they told us they were closing, so that is finally when we parted ways... i came home and instead of getting myself ready for my new rochelle trip tomorrow i am watching tv and writing this! i came home so i wouldnt be up so late from mostly sondheim... guess i will be up late anyway :(

Day 325/365 (July 9, 2009)

i woke up on the earlier side and got myself together, then i headed to brooklyn and spent the day with judith. i finally met her cute dog Fei... who is about 35 pounds but thinks he is a tiny little puppy... so cute! we played speed racer and mario-kart on the wii... oh and some sort of sims mini game thing with "festivals."  her mom also made some super yummy chicken and rice and i attempted to get judith a little more into twitter.

she was going to come to karaoke with me but we realized she couldn't so i didnt think i was going until i found out joey was going to be there too, meaning i had company! it turned out to be good she didn't go since i would want her to actually see it when it is happening and not the attempt at karaoke that fizzled because the computer was being wonky... but the night was still loads of fun with everyone there and the attempt at joke night... it was nice being able to chat with the peeps there and stuff, then at about 11:30 joey and i left and we ended up walking to 72nd street where i was getting on the train but we stayed there talking until like 1:15 in the morning! so then i went home and chatted with carina and krysta when they got here for a bit.

oh yea! i also ran into james smith who is part of my favorite band... that was a fun surprise even if it was while i was in the middle of combing my hair while on a subway platform... herumph!

Day 324/365 (July 8, 2009)

so i spent my spare time today reading lots of harry potter, over a 100 pages today in fact! it is so weird how i am not a big reader but when i crack open harry potter i just fly through pages not realizing how much time i have spent reading.

i had gotten a complimentary ticket to see a show called "Perfect Wedding" down on bleecker street. it was the first performance of it and it was evident in occasional slip up of words but each of the actors just made it work as if it were supposed to be like that. when the show began i had thought it was funny but i could not figure out how they were going to make the story engaging and not monotonous for the duration of two acts... however once the story pulled out of that awkwardness it was jut completely funny!  especially in act two the guy playing the best man when he went all looney tooney running around with the cake knife to was just ba-rilliant and the girl who played the maid was an excellent character and well i had tears at one point from the laughter... so props to the Vital Theatre company!

when i left the theater the weather was just perfect! there was a subtle breeze and i contemplated walking instead of going home but realized in the end i should go home before i needed the bathroom. i thought i would stop in path mark on the way but when i walked in and saw the lines... like the worst i have ever seen... halfway up the aisles at each of the like 6 or 7 registers i was like PEACE OUT and left.

i helped mary with a video project by giving her feedback and think she did a wonderful job. and i had some decent emma cuddle time today and well plenty of tucker pee clean up :(

also i couldnt get a picture of it that you could tell but the moon was so gorgeous tonight! it was hanging low, full, bright orangey-yellow and reminded me of construction paper lit up, and i just love love love when the moon is like that!

Day 323/365 (July 7, 2009)

this was me reading sasha's photo a day and realizing i hadn't taken any pictures today... this is also me taking it from really far away so you can't actually read what it has to say, or really see it.

today i didnt do too much except their was some serious tucker pee clean-up and emma giving me heart failure for climbing outside the window. she also just got a taste of being an outdoor cat since it just started down pouring while she was out there... yea not too pleased is she at being wet!

i watched ella enchanted again and did a bunch of other stuff, including lots of dishes! i really want a The Nanny reunion special... you know so we can see the twins all teenager-ed up and niles and C.C.'s child and their life in LA!

Day 322/365 (July 6, 2009)

he's chewing a little bone here

today was a short and long day in many ways. tucker was especially stressful in the barking and biting department, but he also played games and cuddled with me at times. i read harry potter and the half-blood prince for quite sometime (over 100 pages) and am well on my way to finishing it before i go see the movie.

my emotional state was better than it has been the last several days but it began to break while i was grocery shopping and realized that there is nothing that excites me anymore (food-wise) and that made me think about things which led to a downward spiral, which means i am trying my best to fix it because i am proud of the fact i made it several hours before lying down on the couch.

so stupid thing of the day? someone broke their key in the apartment building door so you cant put your own key in there so you are stuck outside until either someone leaves the building or you can find someone to buzz you in by pushing random buttons... translation they better fix this in the early morning or else! then once you make it past the first door you have no worries since the second door lock is broken and you dont even need to put a key in it... just push it! (go figure)

the next to normal twitter chat back thing has apparently ended in a you ask the people involved capacity, and starting tomorrow the people involved will ask us. this saddens me because although it will be interesting to see what kinds of questions they are asking it isnt like we will see everyones answers, and i am guessing that means they wont go back to having us ask questions and i think that sucks because it is really fun having the answers come. i am sure it is annoying for those who are running it but maybe they can cut back on the amount of questions they ask everyday because once they finish doing the Q and A thing what will they do? it was a nice way to communicate with the fans without being annoying and making people talk about the show to people... sadness in my soul!

i also got a free ticket to a show called the perfect wedding on july 8th because of twitter and following the vital theatre company. i am pretty excited because who doesnt love free theatre, especially when the description of the show sounds pretty hip!

i also addressed some emails i had been ignoring the whole weekend... basically was any email that required thought i let go because i didnt feel like thinking this past weekend but i put my thinking cap back on today.

i ended up staying way late to watch ella enchanted on tv... i own it on dvd so there was no point but i still did!

Day 321/365 (July 5, 2009)

my day started out really weird.  i had originally planned on getting up at 10:30 so i had time to get ready and chill before heading out to brooklyn but i couldnt bring myself to get up until 12, which is when i was originally planning on leaving! i had the most unusual experience that freaked me out a little... i got a phone call and asked who was and the person answered your father but i knew it wasnt him since A. he died a few years ago and B it sounded like my cousin alyssa. anyways as i was thinking about why alyssa was calling me since i didnt think she had my number and well she never has before my alarm went off and i realized i had never been on the phone instead it was a dream the whole time that just felt real. it freaked me out so much i had to ask krysta if something that happened earlier was real or a dream... it was real at least!

i eventually headed out to brooklyn to megan's apartment and got their even quicker than i expected, and not much later than i originally intended! on the way there i began re-reading harry potter and the half-blood prince... i didnt get far before the dude next to me saw what i was reading and engaged me in conversation about the books and movies and i kept thinking dude can't you see i am trying to read but was unable to tell him because i felt bad.

the time atmegan's was lots of fun we ate bagels, and chips and salsa while playing harry potter scene it, balderdash, and rock band. i got booed of the stage my first time playing but did much better the next attempt! and i learned that i should know wesley snipes better since he is snipes not snipe, emily is cornish pixie intuitive, and laura and i were both a little crazy. it was really a great afternoon of fun and good peeps... then on the way home i took my own discovered non-hop stop way and it got me home wicked fast compared to what hopstop had told me, so that was pretty exciting! i also discovered a unicyclist on 141 and ACP... it amused greatly, especially when he was forced to stop for a light and i was able to get this picture!

i decided also that i need to try to be in better spirits and stuff during the week so i need to do things that will try to prevent me from slipping into a not good emotional state as i seem so prone to do lately. this weekend really rejuvenated my spirits and i dont want to jeopardize that!

Day 320/365 (July 4, 2009)

look at the fireworks, light up the night sky (ITH)
pretty sky

what a day! it started with krysta and i eating a ton of pizza and cheesy bread for brunch (Ok not that much but it felt that way) and then we got ready and eaded out. a quick trip to petco turned into quite the stay since they had kitties up for adoption outside and they were sooo cute! we just kept looking at them... we even found a mini emma, mini stalker, and an almost mini fred.

then we went to Sasha and Marty's for some 4th of july fun! we ate chips and dip, cheesy crackers, and played the stock market game (Pit Bull, i didnt do that badly... like i was in the positive!) and we played poker... well i tried to at least. thankfully marty was very helpful and i didnt lose too much fake money! tucker and pip were having a great time together even if pip was a little too into tucker... and then marty read tarot cards for us... i liked my reading, and it would be super awesome if it were all true! krysta went to drop tucker off and poor pip was beyond sad and kept crying. fred jumped on the table during sasha's reading and was all impressive and stepped in between all the cards on his own!

then we went to play hide and seek (high tech) it was quite fun, and after sasha and i found marty and  krysta we went to Josh's buildings' roof deck to watch the pretty fireworks. then we resumed our game, and sasha and i waited for them to find us... we even got to change our location! then we were a little tired so we called a pause and will play again later... i hung out with sasha and marty for a bit before finally heading home and eating more pizza! (and a fluffernutter)

i also like to point out that i am proud of myself for always taking time to "stop and smell the roses." i take the time to recognize pretty skies and one of my favorite things to do is pass by the flowers by wicked, well any of the places that have flowers out there but that one on particular always has the prettiest, freshest, strong smelling flowers. whenever i walk by there i always slow down and just breathe in deeply because it smells so beautiful... definately one of my most favorite things to do

Day 319/365 (July 3, 2009)

the emotional downpour continued and have been watching lots of tv and eating too much i am sure. i really need to get myself out of this funk man. i mean i'm not usually this consistently dumpy and unfortunately it seems to get even worse after i have a little bit of fun such as last night...  this is a picture of krysta and her broken tooth, i took it on our way home last night well after midnight so its the most interesting picture of the day...

i did dishes and drank a whole bunch of root beer... and anyone who actually knows me (at least in the last 7-ish years) i dont really drink soda and when i do it almost never is anything except gingerale! yea so not good signs, uh-uh no way! sleeping on the new monsterous height of a bed was really comfy and alot easier to get down from than on!

went to mostly sondheim with hope and emily mcnamara was a guest host... she really is awesome! and this guy Josh Walden was also the host and he was so talented and funny!
Colleen ended up coming there too and the night was filled with many LOL moments and i got up and sang and get this they said i sounded really good! not the usual good jobv they said i actually sounded really good and when i was like really they said yes... including colleen! so well i was feeling pretty good! and jeffery and cole sang suddenly seymour... it was high quality entertanment and danny pintauro (who's the boss) sang sweet transvestite and was uber bubbly and stuff... another guy sang dont cry for me argentina in spanish... and cute waiter was working! (Adam)

Day 318/365 (July 2, 2009)

I had forgotten to take my necklace off the night before, which as you can see was a BIG mistake! I am allergic to anything that is not at least 14k gold, dont ask me why, but even hypoallergenic stuff has the power to turn me red and itchy (and in my ears swollen). as long as i dont wear necklaces for more than a few hours i am fine, but a full night produced this rather itchy red bumpy patch right where the pendant dangled all night :(

the day began with nothing new just being a lump on the couch... until krysta came home. she was bit with the clean bug and it trickled to me a little bit. (although i did hang my clean clothes up after two weeks all on my own before she came home). she did a MASSIVE floor clean, i mean she swept and got down on her hands and knees and scrubbed our floor like crazy and made them so clean and smooth. i moved the green futon mattress in between my mattress and box spring and my bed is so high up i kind of have to jump a little to get on since the bed is also on bed raisers. i dont know if this is bad for my mattress though but i dont want to store the futon mattress on the floor (eww)... anywho after i did this we were able to do the thing that needed to be done most after i had discovered it late the night before. tuckers pee (since he loves to pee on my floor close to where the skanky mattress had been dwelling until we got motivated to carry it down to the garbage) had been sometimes trickling underneath the skanky mattress that was on a big piece of plastic... and even though krysta and i have been cleaning it up whenever we saw it, we didnt know some of it was pooling underneath. well we lifted it up and found a rather large amount of dog pee that had been sitting for who knows how long and explaining why i was always complaining of my room smelling like dog pee! so we laid some heavy chemicals on it and cleaned it like nobodies business and found my flip flops that i have been looking for for a wicked long time! (this story is a little TMI i guess huh?)

anywho there was some freshening up involved and i finally convinced Krysta to come to karaoke with me. we headed out and while we were waiting at 72nd street to transfer one of her teeth split in half! i learned that i can handle blood and guts and gore, but i cant handle seeing a split tooth held in hand! shivers just thinking about it, but we went to karaoke anyway.

it was a fun night in TOL and the new sound system is so fierce you feel the stage vibrate underneath you! i had lots of fun singing and chatting with everyone there. especially Michael (one of the many rockin' box office guys), Patrick, Joey, someone i havent seen in ages and i cant remember her name because i suck at that, gabe, and zach. (other peeps too). two sets of people even sang *NSYNC which made me very happy and dakota even told me i am getting and sounding better at the karaoke :D (josh even swung by for a hot second). i would also like to point out that Patrick is one of my fave NWS employees... he is such a fun and sweet person!

we ended up staying out pretty late and after we got home and walked tucker a tiny bit it was like 2 am! i really needed a night of fun where i forgot about my down mood. and i ran into kyle post on the way into NWS, so i mean really? that was a pleasant surprise! and i got was paid another lovely compliment by someone else and made more plans to see n2n. i even only had one moment of "oh i shouldn't have said that" well at least in front of one particular person who i dont exactly trust and i dont think actually likes me... but hopefully she wont bring it up to anyone in particular... crossies?

Day 317/365 (July 1, 2009)

Constantine with the official Guinness World Record Certificate... BWW maybe?
from Rock of Ages Twitter... i look rad and laura is in it too
i took this... cast holding certificate but you cant really tell

I had another day of poopiness but at least there was something fun to look forward to and that was helping break a Guinness world record! (largest and longest air guitar ensemble) i headed out to rock of ages pretty early to check the line situation and i ran into brian! it was nice having a little catch up chat with him! then i went to the courtyard for a bit and just hung out. eventually i went back and was of course the first person in line. the guy who works for them and was holding a "line starts here" sign was thoroughly amusing and a fellow camera whore. we would ham it up any time a camera appeared (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2PBncrsd1o) so far i saw myself on CBS (or was it NBC) news, RoA twitter, and that video but frankly there has to be more! we witnessed some stupid people such as the woman asked how to get into the theater (um open a door) and the woman who passed by saying "but they dont have any air guitars with them!" (um lady AIR guitar?!?!) it was also a nice surprise having laura join in the line too!

eventually they let us in and i took my seat in the mezz (B101) and OCean ? taught us some air guitar moves including the "stacie jaxx dirty panty air something or other" Ocean was quite funny and extremely entertaining. after the instructions and a short practice run they played the music and everyone in the theater did their best moves and it was fun watching the cast participate too! then they gave out prizes and did a Q & A with the cast while the judges tallied stuff up... with 810 people we broke the record and even though we only needed 90 seconds we rocked on for about 2 and a half minutes (i think it was 2M 34S).

then i headed over and hung with sasha, fred, and pip for a nice long while. marty was in and out so fast! then i went t path mark and went grocery shopping even though i didnt find the things i did want and couldnt figure out what to get. i dont understand how i cant remember other things to eat! i mean i am an awesome cook and can do whatever i set my mind to but alas nothing seems to interest me.

anywho i came home and didnt do too much.
